These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites livedexp.com and livedexp.ae, operated by Lived Experience People Consultants (License No. 1519775, Dubai), trading as the Lived Experience People Foundation (“LEPF”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the platform, joining the whitelist, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
LEPF is a peer-led, non-clinical mental wellness organisation. Our services — including the Pain into Art programme, Voice Message + Toolkit, and 1-on-1 Peer Sessions — are delivered by trained Lived-Experience Experts who have personally lived through the challenges they support others through. Our work is grounded in the 3H Functional Recovery Model (Hayat, Hawel, Hafez) and is intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or psychological care.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering or purchasing services, to treat Experts and other participants with respect, and to honour the safeguarding guidelines shared with you at booking. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity carried out under your account.
All prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of 5% VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; LEPF does not store your card details. A VAT invoice is issued automatically on successful payment.
You may cancel a 1-on-1 Peer Session up to 24 hours before its scheduled time for a full refund. Inside that window, refunds are at our discretion and may be offered as rescheduled credit. Digital and printed art products are non-refundable once production has started, except where required by UAE consumer protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, LEPF’s total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We do not accept liability for any reliance you place on peer-support content as a substitute for licensed clinical care. Our Experts are not licensed clinicians and do not diagnose, prescribe medication, or deliver psychotherapy.
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Civil Courts in Dubai.
